Class Description

This class will help you complete your own great photographic image to create a new masterpiece. In this 5-hour class you will learn how to add luscious layers, depth and luminosity to your photographs with encaustic paint. Light up your original photographs while adding a 3-dimensional aspect that draws your viewer in with amazement. Melissa Stephens will teach you the basics of encaustic painting so that you can develop your own unique style. Benefit from Melissa's skill and knowledge while experimenting with helpful materials like: pan and oil pastels, pigment sticks, drawing oils and more! No previous art experience necessary. This class requires registration at least 1 week in advance. Must be 18+ years of age.

Cancellation Policy

Classes cannot be refunded, but you can contact Melissa at least 24 hours before class time to reschedule.
