Kintsugi is the Japanese art tradition of filling an object's cracks or defects with precious metals. Literally, "kin" means golden, and "tsugi" means to repair. This series comments on our beautiful scarring, and how people choose to mend themselves and carry on

regardless of faults, hardships or broken pieces.
